Last week Comcast announced a new $ 20-a-month streaming service that will include 40+ channels from A&E, AMC, Hallmark, and select Warner Bros. Discovery channels. This service will also include Peacock Premium and a collection of free channels from its Xumo Play service.

Now Comcast has launched the service and Comcast internet customers can signup for it by going to their accounts HERE.

The service is clearly targeting cord cutters who want some live Tv offerings but don’t care about sports. This market so far has been dominated by Frndly TV and Philo TV. The one big catch with Comcast’s Now TV is you have to be a Comcast Xfinity internet customer to subscribe.

“With content and connectivity at the core of our company, we are uniquely positioned to build and deliver streaming entertainment offerings unlike anything else out there today,” Comcast CEO Dave Watson said. “Now TV is a great example of how our company brings together its collective video experiences, innovative technology, and superior broadband service to deliver some of the best entertainment into one affordable steaming bundle.”
