CBS All Access is Now Streaming Archie Cartoons

Two cartoons based on Archie comics, The New Archies and Archie’s Weird Mysteries, are now available to stream on CBS All Access. These classic cartoons add to CBS All Access’ current lineup of kid friendly shows which includes other 80s and 90s titles like Super Mario World and Sonic the Hedgehog, along with new shows from Viacom like Bob the Builder and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

CBS All Access shared the news on Twitter today.

The New Archiesaired for one season in 1987. The series was originally part of NBC’s Saturday morning cartoon lineup. There was a comic book series of the same name that was rolled out alongside the cartoon. All 13 episodes of the series are available to stream.

Archie’s Weird Mysteriesaired from 1999-2000. This series focused on an experiment at the Riverdale High physics lab gone wrong. After that, monsters from swamp creatures to vampires find their way to the town, with Archie and friends left to solve the monster mysteries and keep the town safe.
