We were expecting an updated Apple TV 4K at some point this year, but it looks like we’ll have to wait until 2021 for the next-gen streamer. That said, the current Apple TV 4K remains a more-than-capable streaming device that plays well with Apple’s ecosystem.

The Shield TV Pro has also been around for a few years, but it still packs plenty of punch and the Android TV operating system. It also doubles as a capable Plex Media Server and game streaming machine.
