Today, AT&T is launching a new type of wireless plan that gives customers more control over what’s included, what’s left out, and how much they pay every month.
AT&T’s new Build-A-Plan will be available starting May 27, and will start a just $15 per month. The base plan will include Unlimited Talk, Unlimited Text, and 1BG of data. That price goes up depending on how much data and mobile hotspot you add for the following month.
The plans are customizable, giving customers the flexibility to add or remove features every month, depending on your budget.
“Customers want plans that fit their lives. Other carriers offer structured, one-size-fits-all plans bundled with extra services that customers aren’t asking for while calling it ‘savings’,” said Jenifer Robertson, executive vice president and general manager, AT&T Consumer. “By giving our customers the freedom to tailor their wireless service month to month, we are giving them an affordable way to connect to America’s largest wireless network and still control their budget. It is a win-win.”
