Last week Anthony Bourdain, the popular host of Parts Unknown, unfortunately, passed away. Sadly for millions of fans who have started to binge watch his show, the Netflix deal to carry Parts Unknown is ending.

Update: Netflix just announced that they have extended their deal to keep Parts Unknown on Netflix.

Parts Unknown had Anthony Bourdain traveling the world exploring local foods and culture. The show became a huge success and currently eight seasons of Parts Unknown are on Netflix.

Sadly on June 16, 2018, Netflix’s contract for Parts Unknown ends. Although the show is still for sale on services like Amazon and iTunes, there are no public plans to bring it to a different streaming service like Hulu.

With a possible sale of Time Warner to AT&T, any new deal to bring Parts Unknown to a streaming service like Netflix could be delayed. So if you want to enjoy Parts Unknown, don’t wait.
