At Sony’s CES press conference on Tuesday, Crunchyroll said it has surpassed 13 million paid subscribers on its anime streaming service.

This comes after Crunchyroll launched a free 24/7 channel on multiple platforms like Amazon Freevee, The Roku Channel, and Vizio WatchFree+.

The service, which launched in 2006, offers popular movies and shows like My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Blue Exorcist, Black Clover, Dragon Ball Z, and more. While Crunchyroll got its start offering a free tier with ads, it removed that option in February, forcing all members to pay a fee to access its content.

Crunchyroll still has some free content with ads, but you can watch even more if you’re subscribed to one of its premium tiers. After your 14-day free trial, you can subscribe to the Fan tier for $7.99 a month which unlocks the entire Crunchyroll library. The Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan plans cost $9.99 and $14.99 respectively.

In addition to accessing the apps library, these tiers include offline viewing, multiple device streaming, and discounts in Crunchyroll’s store.

Crunchyroll is available in more than 200 countries and accessible across multiple devices with over a dozen languages supported.
