Today is Opening Day for the 2022 MLB regular season, and there’s a full lineup of games that cord cutters can stream, and ESPN+ will be home to an MLB game nearly every day throughout April. The ESPN+ Baseball Game of the Day will be available with an ESPN+ subscription, which is $6.99 per month, or $69.99 per year, and 24 out of 30 MLB teams will be playing on the platform this month.
The sports streamer’s first game of the season will be an Opening Day NL East matchup when Francisco Lindor and the New York Mets travel to Capital City to take on Juan Soto and the Washington Nationals. Other Week 1 highlights include Saturday’s matchup between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies.
The defending World Series Champion Atlanta Braves will have two appearances on the streamer this month. Other expected contenders who will take the field on the platform during this year’s chase for a pennant include the aforementioned Dodgers, Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Rays, and Houston Astros.
