This morning, a source for Cord Cutters News shared that the Amazon Prime Video app for Fire TV devices has a new look, resembling the app update for tablets and mobile.

A couple weeks ago, we reported that Amazon was rolling out new features to its website when you stream Prime Video. These updates included a My Stuff section with all of your downloads, your watchlist, and the movies and TV episodes you’ve purchased. At the time, the update was available on devices including Android and Fire tablets. These sections are now featured on the Prime Video app for Fire TV as well.

Here’s a look at the new home screen for the Prime Video app. This updated Fire TV UI has features that look similar to Netflix, with a large image of featured content at the top, followed by carousels of categories and genres below. The top row has the Watch Next title with recommended shows and movies listed.
