You’ll be able to access virtual care features, such as 24/7 on-demand video chats and other digital care options available in the One Medical app. You will not, however, have access to in-person services unless you travel to a geography with a One Medical care office or until One Medical opens a care office near you.
Depending on your location, there may be requirements that One Medical sees you in-person or over video before providing virtual care to you. That means certain virtual services may not be available to you until you have an in-office or video-based visit with One Medical.
If you are eligible for a One Medical membership through your employer, you may be able to receive care even though you are not in a state with an in-person location.
