Amazon today announced its most ambitious Prime Day yet, a 96-hour shopping event running from July 8 at 12:01 a.m. PDT through July 11. For the first time, Prime members will have four full days to explore millions of deals, doubling the duration of previous years’ events. The extended summer shopping spree offers savings across categories like pantry staples, home improvement, back-to-school supplies, health and personal care, toys, books, pet essentials, and premium luxury items.
New this year, Amazon introduces Today’s Big Deals, exclusive daily deal drops featuring top brands like Samsung, Kiehl’s, and Levi’s. These offers launch at midnight PDT each day and are available for a limited time while supplies last. Prime members can also expect deals refreshing as often as every five minutes during peak periods, ensuring constant opportunities to save.
“New this year, we’re offering exclusive deals including fuel discounts for summer travel, alongside some of our lowest prices of the year from top brands. We’re also excited about our enhanced Prime for Young Adults membership, giving 18–24-year-olds the ability to enjoy new exclusive perks like 5% cash back for a limited time, plus new shopping features that make discovering personalized savings easier than ever,” said Jamil Ghani, vice president of Amazon Prime. “Prime Day is about celebrating our members by providing them with exceptional savings and convenient delivery, and now is an excellent time to save.”
