The American Film Institute’s AFI Movie Club is now available on the Appl TV app. The club curates daily film picks that you can rent or buy from Apple. In addition, the app will let you know if that film title is available on other streaming platforms like Netflix or Hulu, making it even easier to watch the recommendations.
The AFI Movie Club launched with The Wizard of Oz, reminding viewers that “There’s no place like home” during this unique time. Each day’s film is accompanied by fun facts, family-friendly discussion points and material from the AFI Archive to enrich your viewing experience
Other titles featured on the daily picks include classics like The Sound of Music, Doctor Zhivago, and Casa Blanca, to newer films like Wonder Woman and La La Land starring Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone
You can find the AFI Movie Club lists under the “Browse by Collection” menu on the Apple TV app.
The AFI Movie Club collection is available now on the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, select Samsung and LG smart TVs, and Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices.
