The latest Nielsen streaming report is in, and Sacha Baron Cohen’s most recent Borat film did “very nice.” Borat Subsequent Moviefilm ranked No. 8 on the top ten list, placing Amazon Prime Video back up on the board and disrupting Netflix’s clean sweep from last week. The film got 570 million minutes of viewing time, equaling out to about 5.6 million Prime members watching it during its first week. High five!
Netflix unsurprisingly claimed the other 9 spots with its powerhouses Schitt’s Creek and The Office sitting in the No. 1 and 2 spots respectively. Schitt’s Creek has consistently bounced around near the top for the last several weeks and now landed at No.1. The final season was released on Netflix on October 7.
