FIFA World Cup 2026 is less than 30 days away, and Peacock is gearing up to become a major destination for fans who want to watch live. All 104 matches will stream live in Spanish on Peacock from June 11 through July 19, 2026, with Telemundo serving as the exclusive Spanish-language home of the tournament in the United States.

For the upcoming international tournament, Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers will get full access to the event. Two marquee opening matches, Mexico vs. South Africa on June 11 and USA vs. Paraguay on June 12, will also stream free in Spanish on the Telemundo app and be available to all Peacock subscribers, including the Select tier.

As the ultimate streaming destination for World Cup coverage en Español, Peacock will feature more than 700 hours of Telemundo’s World Cup programming. 92 matches are set to air on Telemundo, and 12 on Universo, and Telemundo has also expanded its expert roster with former stars including Gabriel Batistuta, Jozy Altidore, Nuno Gomes, Maxi Rodríguez, and Carlos Pavón, adding more depth to its coverage as kickoff gets closer.

What’s New for World Cup 2026 on Peacock

Peacock’s new Spanish-language World Cup Hub will serve as a central landing page for the global soccer tournament. The hub will be home to live matches, replays, schedules, country- and group-specific news, entertainment, and mobile-first vertical highlights.

In addition to the hub, Peacock is also adding a lineup of interactive features designed to make World Cup viewing more personal and more immersive for Spanish-speaking fans. Here is what fans can expect:

  • Visión de Campo: A mobile-friendly, multi-angle viewing option that lets fans follow the action from additional perspectives alongside the main match. Peacock says the feature is also available through Multiview on TV and web.
  • Multiview: A living-room device feature that lets fans watch multiple matches at once during days when games overlap, so they can keep up with more than one result at the same time.
  • Catch Up with Key Plays: A quick way to catch the most important moments from a match or jump back into the action after arriving late. Peacock says fans can use it to rewatch key moments or a full match after the final whistle.
  • Can’t-Miss Highlights: Short, vertical clips in Spanish built for mobile viewing that help fans catch up fast and move directly into the live experience.
  • Live Picks & Trivia: Interactive games inside the Peacock mobile app that let fans predict outcomes, test their World Cup knowledge, and compare results with friends.
  • Tourney Brackets: A bracket feature available on Peacock for the first time, allowing fans to make picks starting with the quarterfinals and follow the tournament through the final.

The platform’s interface will automatically reflect a viewer’s language settings, creating a more seamless Spanish-language experience across devices. Fans will also have a more immersive sound experience as the streamer will also carry every match in Dolby Atmos on Dolby-enabled devices.

What to Know About FIFA World Cup 2026 Coverage

While Peacock is gearing up for Spanish-language coverage for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, FOX is building out the English-language side with a massive multiplatform rollout. All 104 matches will air across FOX and FS1, with every match streaming live and on demand on FOX One in 4K, while 40 matches will air in primetime. The network is also expanding the viewing experience with multiview on FOX One, free 4K streams of select matches on Tubi, and a FIFA World Cup FOX Hub packed with extra content.

Beyond the streaming experience, FOX is pushing the tournament outside the living room. Delta Sync is giving eligible SkyMiles members 24-hour complimentary access to FOX One on Delta Wi-Fi, with more than 5,000 hours of live programming available onboard, so fans can keep up with the World Cup even in the air. FOX has also used the tournament to spotlight a $50,000 “Chief World Cup Watcher” role in a partnership with Indeed, giving one lucky fan a job of a lifetime in one of the more creative marketing campaigns.

With Peacock anchoring Telemundo’s exclusive Spanish-language coverage and FOX expanding its English-language reach, the 2026 FIFA World Cup is shaping up to be one of the most streaming accessible tournaments ever. Between live matches, interactive streaming features, multiview options, and expanded on-demand access, viewers will have more ways than ever to follow every moment of the tournament. As the countdown to kickoff continues, FOX One and Peacock have positioned themselves as the central hubs for World Cup fans across the United States.
