Parks Associates has released its annual “Top 10 List of US SVOD Services,” which is based on estimated numbers of subscribers through September 2025.
This year, Netflix took the lead, followed by Prime Video, a switch from the 2024 list. Hulu took the third spot, followed by Disney+, and Disney’s third service, ESPN+, made the list in the last spot.
“Hulu’s jump past Disney+ is a result of smart distribution strategy,” said Michael Goodman, Senior Contributing Analyst, Parks Associates. “The Charter deal gave Hulu instant access to millions of households, reinforcing how vital partnerships between broadband providers and streamers have become in defining the new entertainment bundle, and the ability to scale.”
2025 Top 10 List of US SVOD (Subscription Streaming Video) Services:
- Netflix
- Prime Video
- Hulu
- Disney+
- Peacock
- Paramount+
- HBO Max (Max)
- Apple TV+

With the top ten list, Parks Associates says that an estimated 91$% of U.S. internet-connected households use a streaming service and 46% are using free streaming services.
The market research company also notes that a potential sale of Warner Bros. Discovery properties could shake up the list for next year, especially if a service is sold to a competitor like Netflix, Disney, or Amazon.
