Pluto TV shared an announcement today that it will air a special tribute marathon of classic Three’s Company episodes in honor of John Ritter and in support of The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.

On Thursday, September 11, Pluto TV’s dedicated 24/7 Three’s Company channel will air a curated selection of episodes, chosen by Kaley Cuoco, Adam Devine, Jason Alexander, original cast members of Three’s Company, Priscilla Barnes and Richard Kline, and others. The event will begin at 6pm ET/3pm PT.

Here are the episodes that will air during the marathon, along with commentary from Ritter’s family, friends, and costars.

  • “Double Trouble” selected by Adam Devine “Only John Ritter can play his own twin. The comedic timing and physical comedy that go into this episode are something that was the first of its kind. You’re constantly wondering, ‘How is Jack going to get out of this?!’”
  • “Up in the Air” selected by Kaley Cuoco“Best episode of all time of almost any show ever…Up in the Air – when Jack takes tranquilizers and drinks and dances – it is actually the greatest of all time!”
  • “And Now Here’s Jack” selected by Priscilla Barnes“I’ve always liked the cooking show episode ‘And Now Here’s Jack’ where John has a ‘get rich’ idea by buying and filming a TV infomercial with a  ‘slice em, dice em, grate it, won’t break bust or rust’ gadget that of course refuses to work when the cameras are rolling. Janet and Terri are his assistants and Terri once the camera starts rolling, is mesmerized and stage struck, rendering her mute and a worthless assistant. It makes me laugh whenever I see it and John’s reaction to Terri’s ‘deer in the headlights’ expression is priceless.”
  • “The Impossible Dream” selected by Richard Kline and Dennis Dugan “My favorite episode has to be ‘The Impossible Dream.’ One reason is because it gave me the chance to sing on camera, even though I was doing a parody of a really bad lounge singer. Also, there’s a very famous blooper from that episode. When I go into the kitchen and Jack and Earley basically say “You stink,’ I pounded on the wall of the set going ‘Yeah, you’re right.’ And on the other side of the set, one of the glass-framed posters fell crashing to the ground. Obviously, we had to stop tape.” – RK, “Richard Kline is hilarious in it.” – DD
  • “The New Landlord” selected by Jason Alexander “It’s the first time we’re introduced to Mr. Furley who brought such a new, exciting energy to the show. There’s something different that Don Knotts brings to Three’s Company and his first episode is the perfect example of that.”
  • “A Camping We Will Go” selected by Tom Bergeron “A hilarious episode which spotlights John’s gift for physical comedy. It’s like watching Buster Keaton with hot roommates.”
  • “Night of the Ropers” selected by Reno Wilson and Ron Funches“I love ‘Night at the Ropers’ because it’s peak Three’s Company—silly and hilarious.” – RW, “When Mr. Furley and The Ropers finally meet; it’s like seeing comedy gold on screen” – RF
  • “A Man About the House” selected by Holly Robinson Peete“Seeing the chemistry between Jack, Janet, and Chrissy from the first episode, it’s so clear this show is something special.”
  • “A Night Not To Remember” selected by Amy Yasbeck “John playing drunk, Jack and Janet ending up in bed together. What more is there to say? #Jacket”
  • “Baby It’s Cold Inside” selected by Tyler Ritter“‘Baby It’s Cold Inside’ is my favorite episode. Don Knotts and my dad trapped in a freezer together intimately facing their impending doom is just too fun…strange as that may sound.”

The Three’s Company marathon aligns with The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health’s celebration of Ritter’s legacy, the Evening from the Heart gala, which is taking place in Los Angeles on September 12. You can read more about the foundation and the event here.
