EverPass Media and ESPN announced a multi-year licensing agreement that gives EverPass the rights to market, sell, and distribute ESPN+ specifically to commercial businesses across the U.S. The ESPN+ package will be available to new and existing EverPass customers starting in October, bringing the streamer to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other public venues across the nation.
What’s in the New Package
EverPass’s library adds more than 2,200 live events per year with this new licensing agreement, boosting the platform’s year-round programming for commercial customers. Highlight events in the announcement include major college football and basketball from conferences like the SEC, Big 12, ACC, and Big East; top international soccer such as LaLiga and the Bundesliga; roughly 50 ESPN+-exclusive NHL games; UFC Fight Nights through the end of 2025; PGA TOUR LIVE coverage; and select tennis coverage, including the U.S. Open and Wimbledon. Additionally, the platform will air cricket tours, lacrosse and other niche events.
“This is an important step forward for EverPass and the commercial marketplace,” said Alex Kaplan, CEO of EverPass Media in the statement. “Working with ESPN, one of the most iconic brands in global sports, brings year-round streaming content to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other venues. With access to premium content from the NFL, NHL, NCAA, PGA TOUR, soccer and more, ESPN+ adds tremendous value to our platform and to the businesses we serve.”
More Sports Streaming at Commercial Venues
The blockbuster agreement makes streaming more accessible for cord cutters who prefer watching ESPN+’s marquee or niche events out with friends. With more social options to gather, this EverPass deal gives cord cutters occasional access to premium events at participating venues without paying every streaming fee.
For commercial businesses like bars, restaurants and hotels, they can expand their live-sports toolkit. With the addition of ESPN+ exclusive events, the EverPass deal could help drive foot traffic and keep patrons engaged. EverPass already bundles high-demand streaming properties, including NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock, Prime Video, and Paramount+. Adding ESPN+ strengthens their ability to offer a one-stop, legally licensed streaming roster for multiple sports and leagues.
Kaplan continued, “This collaboration reinforces our commitment to aggregating the content that matters most to fans and delivering it through a seamless and accessible all-in-one platform for business owners. As we expand our lineup and continue building the most comprehensive sports offering in the market, EverPass is quickly becoming the go-to partner for commercial venues looking to create energy, drive foot traffic and grow revenue through live sports.”
