Hulu is handling the release of Season 13 of Futurama differently than previous seasons that have aired on the streamer. While Season 11 and Season 12 had weekly releases, Season 13 will be available to binge watch.
First reported by Variety, Hulu will drop all ten episodes of the new season of Futurama at the same time, on September 15 at 8 p.m. ET. The series will also air on FXX, premiering on September 15 at 8 p.m. ET, with two episodes airing weekly.
Futurama originally aired on Fox from 1999 to 2003. It then moved to Comedy Central from 2010 to 2013. Hulu brought the series back for a revival in 2023. At that point, Vice President of 20th Century Television Animation Marci Proietto said, “I’ve always felt [Futurama] had more stories to tell. Viewers can expect the same great humor and great writing they love. For Futurama, it’s like catching up with old friends in the most amazing way.”
In November 2023, Hulu announced that it would continue renewing the series for Seasons 13 and 14. You can watch all 12 previous seasons right now on Hulu.
