Frndly TV is adding to its channel lineup again, with users reporting that The Grio is now available on the affordable streaming service.

The Grio is a television network bringing viewers award-winning television shows, movies, sports, news, documentaries, and specials focusing on the African American audience. On the channel, you’ll find shows like “America’s Court with Judge Ross”, “Comics Unleashed”, and “Funny You Should Ask”.

Along with The Grio, the Frndly TV lineup includes Hallmark, A&E, History Channel, Lifetime, Court TV, Outdoor Channel, and more. The service not only has unlimited DVR but also a 72-hour look back that automatically captures shows that have aired as far back as 72 hours, so you never miss an episode. You can stream on up to 4 simultaneous screens.

Earlier this month, Roku announced that it will acquire Frndly TV to expand its streaming portfolio.

“Frndly TV’s impressive growth and expertise in direct-to-consumer subscription services make it a compelling addition to Roku,” said Anthony Wood, Founder and CEO of Roku, Inc. “This acquisition supports our focus on growing platform revenue and Roku-billed subscriptions, with a live content offering our users love at an industry-leading price point.”

Viewers can access the 50+ channels with Frndly TV’s app on platforms like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS, and Android devices. A subscription costs $6.99 per month, after a 7-day free trial.
