MLB doubleheaders return to Apple TV+ for the fourth season with Friday Night Baseball. Apple TV’s coverage begins on Friday, March 28 with the Baltimore Orioles hosting the Toronto Blue Jays in the early game and the New York Mets taking on the Houston Astros in the late contest.

This year, Apple TV+ will stream 25 weeks of major league games to fans across 60 countries with no blackout restrictions. Additionally, each game will feature state-of-the-art cameras and immersive sound in 5.1 with Spatial Audio enabled. With player and field-level microphones, fans will feel like they’re right in the heart of the action. Plus, fans in the U.S. and Canada will have the luxury of tuning in to their favorite home and away local radio broadcasts during the games

Beginning on March 27, during Opening Day, fans can stream the whip-around show MLB Big Inning, featuring live look-ins and in-game highlights every weeknight, and other MLB-related content on Apple TV+, including Countdown to First Pitch, MLB Daily Recap, and MLB This Week. With Apple TV 4K devices and iPads, viewers can watch a multiveiw of four simultaneous streams, pairing MLB games with MLS matches on the platform.

“We’re thrilled to bring another season of ‘Friday Night Baseball’ to Apple TV+, with top-tier production quality that baseball fans love,” said Oliver Schusser, Apple’s vice president of Apple Music, Apple TV+, Sports, and Beats. “This season, we’re excited to offer an amazing lineup of games with no blackouts, available across more devices than ever before.”

For the third straight season, Friday Night Baseball is bringing fans double the action with two dynamic broadcast teams. Calling the games, Wayne Randazzo teams up with analyst Dontrelle Willis and sideline reporter Heidi Watney, while Alex Faust pairs with analyst Ryan Spilborghs and sideline reporter Tricia Whitaker.

Keeping the energy high before and after each game, Lauren Gardner, Russell Dorsey, and Xavier Scruggs return to host live pre- and postgame coverage in the studio and right from the field. Plus, Siera Santos will take the reins for select pregame shows, and Rich Waltz will step into the booth for select matchups.

Beginning this season, the Apple TV app is available on Android devices, joining billions of Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro, and online on tv.apple.com as ways for viewers to stream every strike and at-bat of each doubleheader during Friday Night Baseball. Additionally, subscribers can watch MLB on Apple TV+ via Prime Video and find the Apple TV app on Roku, Fire TV, Playstation, Xbox, and many other compatible devices.

Priced at $9.99 per month, Apple TV+ offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. For a limited time, eligible customers who purchase and activate a new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or Mac can enjoy three months of Apple TV+ at no cost.
