Do you want to be able to watch four March Madness games at once? Now with YouTube TV multiview, you can do just that and watch four games at once. This product is still in beta, but YouTube TV is rolling it out in time for March Madness, letting you watch four games at once.
Right now, the new feature is only available on sports channels and is targeting March Madness which starts this week.
The problem for some YouTube TV customers is that they don’t have access to the Multiview feature yet. The good news is there is an easy way to fix that issue and all you need to do is contact YouTube TV and ask to be added to the list.
According to YouTube about 50% of YouTube TV customers should have access to this feature by the end of the day today. If you want to speed up your access here is how to do that.
All you need to do is contact YouTube TV’s support and ask for access. So here is how you can quickly contact YouTube TV customer service:
One note Chat support seems to be the fastest way to do this vs email and a phone call.
Steps to Contact YouTubeTV Support
YouTube TV’s support is free and you can contact them directly on their Support Page. If you have an issue or any questions here’s what to do.
- Step 1: Visit the Support Page
- Step 2: Describe your issue in the How can we help you? box, or
- Step 3: Scroll to the bottom to where it says “Need more help” and click “Contact us,” which will take you to the Get Help page.
- Step 4: Follow the next 3 steps on the page to get options to contact a YouTube TV Support Specialist for free via phone, chat, or email.
Right now, this option only works with sports events, so there is no option to watch the news and sports together, for example.
To make this happen, YouTube TV is creating customer channels with four games on at once. Instead of mixing it together on your streaming player, it will all be done on YouTube TVs services making for a better-streaming experience.
