“T-Mobile is doing what we do best, listening to customers and offering new plans to meet their needs,” said Allan Samson, Chief Broadband Officer, T-Mobile. “Customers are demanding better choices and innovative connectivity, and these new plans deliver. Whether it’s expanding your home Wi-Fi signal to cover more spaces and connected devices, or taking the internet with you on the road, T-Mobile has the internet options that fit your needs — and it’s all backed by the nation’s leading 5G network.”
The new Plus plan launches this Friday, April 26th, at $50 a month with a premium wireless plan or $70 a month. The travel plan starts at $160 a month for unlimited or $110 a month for 200 GB of data a month
This new travel plan lets you take your T-Mobile 5G home internet with you on the go.
Here is how T-Mobile describes these new plans:
- Home Internet Plus:
- T-Mobile’s Latest 5G Gateway and Mesh Included. Expand the Wi-Fi signal across the home and in hard-to-reach places, with up to 2,200 square feet of additional coverage. Mesh can intelligently adjust coverage to where it’s needed most, so parents can seamlessly work in the home office while the kids are gaming downstairs — no more dealing with multiple Wi-Fi networks with different nicknames and passwords.
- 24/7 Tech Support for Smart Home Devices. With Assurant Personal TechPro, customers can get help setting up, troubleshooting and managing all their smart home devices like laptops, tablets, doorbells, thermostats, smart TVs and more. Live experts can provide support over the phone, on chat and even through screen and camera sharing for step-by-step help.
- Away:
- A 5G Gateway Included. Get the freedom and flexibility of Wi-Fi on the go without equipment charges. Connect up to 64 devices at a time and say goodbye to public Wi-Fi.
- An Unlimited Data Option. Get unlimited Wi-Fi while traveling across the U.S. without data overages or a cutoff.
- Nationwide Coverage. Stay connected nationwide across T-Mobile’s network — which is just about everywhere since T-Mobile’s 5G network covers two million square miles — more than AT&T and Verizon combined.
