For months now, we have heard that ESPN was looking to make its app and website the hub of your sports viewing. Now Disney has announced that starting this week, subscribers to the RSN NESN will be able to find links to video feeds of its games from the ESPN app and website, according to a report from Deadline.

This is reportedly just the start of what ESPN hopes will be other RSNs partnering with them to offer links to their programs. Disney already announced this deal at a later date. SportsNet Pittsburgh and Monumental Sports Network will both be added to the ESPN website and app at a later date.

To watch these RSNs, you will still need a subscription that gives you access to live streaming. Now, though, you will be able to find their live sporting events next to ESPN sporting events inside the ESPN app and on its website. Disney says these streams will be targeted only at people who live inside the markets that offer their programming.

This all comes as ESPN is teaming up with Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery to build a new sports streaming service. Partnerships like this could also help it grow the ESPN app as a one-stop shop where people can watch many of the most popular sporting events.
