YouTube TV Fixes a Known Issue With Its DVR

youtube tv logoHave you noticed that some programs you set to record with YouTube TV stopped recording recently? You are not alone as a growing number of YouTube TV subscribers have reported that they have been unable to find their recorded programs.

Now YouTube TV has informed many who complained about this issue that they have identified the cause of the missed recording and fixed the problem. YouTube TV says they have even been able to re-add the missed recordings to affected customer’s libraries. Google is asking anyone who finds that YouTube TV is still not recording their favorite programs to please contact YouTube TV customer service.

YouTube TV’s DVR has been one of the selling points over other services. It allows you unlimited recordings that are kept for up to 9 months. This is a huge step up from many of the other DVR options for live TV streaming services.

YouTube TV has also recently announced that Fire TV support will be coming sometime this year and that PBS and PBS Kids will be added by the end of 2019. Hopefully, YouTube TV keeps improving as the field of live TV streaming services continues to become more competitive.
