YouTube TV Adds More App Support

YouTube TV is slowly improving its service. Recently it added support for AirPlay from Apple. Google even just rolled out YouTube TV to 10 new markets.

It seems it has been up to even more apps. In total YouTube TV is reporting over 26 apps are currently supported by the live TV streaming service from Google. It looks like they have added support for apps like Nat Geo and more. We do not know all of them that are supported, but here are the ones we know about: ABC, AMC, BBC America, BRAVO, DISNEY/JUNIOR/XD, WatchESPN, FREEFORM, FOX NOW, FOX SPORTS GO, FOX NEWS, FX NOW, IFC, MSNBC, NAT GEO, NBC, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA, WEtv, Telemundo, Sprout, E!, and CNBC. (The new apps was first spotted over on /r/CordCutters.

So now you can use your YouTube TV login to access the network apps listed above on a wide range of devices.

That puts YouTube TV in fourth place for total apps just behind fuboTV, DIRECTV NOW, and PlayStation Vue.
