The deal is done! CW shows are leaving Hulu for Netflix, but don’t expect next day content on Netflix like you got with Hulu.
“Since the initial landmark deal in 2011, The CW’s programming has enjoyed tremendous success and increased exposure through Netflix, and our new agreement not only continues but enhances this valuable relationship,” said Mark Pedowitz, president, The CW. “The CW has positioned itself for the future by transforming into a true hybrid network, rooted in broadcast while fully embracing the digital and streaming habits of the viewers.”
So where does this leave CW fans who want their shows the next day? Well, the good news is you have options, but they take a bit of work.
Antenna
Most Americans should be able to access the CW network live with an antenna. Before you go out and buy an antenna, visit AntennaRecommendations.com to find out if you need an indoor or an outdoor antenna to pick up the CW.
Streaming
The second option is streaming, and you have a few options to still watch the CW network shows online.
CWTV.com offers some full episodes of shows if you are willing to wait a week after they air.
If you really need the shows the next day, you can buy a season pass on Amazon for as little as $20 a season, depending on the show.

Or, if you are willing to wait until the season is over, the full season of popular CW shows will be on Netflix eight days after they air on the CW network.
