Today the live TV streaming service Vidgo announced a new partnership with Sony. This partnership will bring Vidgo’s live TV streaming service to Sony TVs. Owners of Sony TVs will also be able to get a free 30-day free trial with access to 150+ channels.
“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Sony, a global leader and innovator, to include Vidgo prominently on their Sony smart TV homepage, making it easier than ever to access Vidgo’s 40,000 titles live, linear and on-demand,” said Derek Mattsson, CEO of Vidgo.
Vidgo starts at just $64.95 per month for over 110 live channels.
This news comes as Vidgo recently announced that it has reached a new deal with Cinedigm Corp to add 10,000 new films and television shows. This means that Vidgo will now have over 40,000 on-demand titles on top of its 150+ live channels.
Here are some of the popular shows coming to Vidgo with this new deal.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: the popular series based on the Japanese manga and anime in which the heroic Yugi squares off against archrival Kaiba.
- New York, New York: Dong Luo evokes Wong Kar-wai in this exquisite drama about lovers divided by desires, by choices, and by dreams of the West.
- Elvis: A Generous Heart: showcases the musician’s extreme generosity, as he helped family, friends and many charities throughout his life.
- Daniel Boone, Trailblazer: made at the height of Hollywood’s fascination with pioneer days, Daniel Boone battles Shawnee warriors as he leads a band of settlers into Kentucky
Vidgo is now available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, as well as Android & iOS mobile devices, and on the web.
