Have you been thinking about switching to Verizon or T-Mobile’s 5G home internet service but are worried about how happy you will be with it? Recently PC Mag announced their 2023 top ISPs in North America. On that list, both T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet & Verizon’s 5G Home Internet ranked higher than Comcast or Spectrum’s internet service.

Not only did Verizon and T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet rank higher than Xfinity or Spectrum they also ranked higher than the average of 7.4. Versions 5G Home Internet had a satisfaction rating of 7.9. T-Mobile Home Internet had a satisfaction rating of 7.8.

Here is how the list broke down based on the overall satisfaction of its subscribers.

T-Mobile has made its 5G home internet service a key focus of its business. Now in just three months of the 1st quarter of 2023, T-Mobile added 523,000 home internet customers.

That number is more new home internet customers than AT&T, Comcast, Charter, and Verizon added in the 4th quarter of 2022 combined, according to T-Mobile. This comes as Americans are being drawn to cheaper new options, including T-Mobile’s $ 50-a-month home internet service.

“T-Mobile’s focused execution against our intentional growth plan delivered best-in-class postpaid and broadband customer and profitability growth in Q1 that gave us confidence to raise our 2023 guidance for customers and profitability,” said T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert. “For more than ten years, the Un-carrier has put customers first and we will continue to do just that. Our unique ability to offer the best network and best value, coupled with moves like Phone Freedom and our new Go5G plans, will only continue to fuel our profitable future growth in this competitive environment.”

Verizon has also been heavily pushing its 5G service as it works to try and grow its customer base by growing its home internet service.
