Verizon’s 5G Home Internet in Pre-Orders Start This Week

Today Verizon announced that their 5G home internet service will launch in Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Sacramento on Thursday at 8 AM Eastern. The cost will be $50 a month for Verizon Wireless customers and $70 for those who are already customers.

“’First On 5G’ Members get early access to Verizon 5G Home and are first in line for new services, including 5G mobility,” said Tami Erwin, Verizon’s wireless operations leader. “You want an opportunity to cut the cord with your cable company? Now you can cut the cord and go cable free, while getting fast, reliable home internet service over the hottest new technology.”

If you want to signup for the service on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 at 8 AM Eastern you will be able to signup at Firston5G.com. Update: Signups start this week, but the service will go live in October.
