Verizon 5G & 5G Home Internet is Getting Even Faster in Michigan

Today Verizon announced its 5G service, including its 5G home internet service in Michigan, is getting even faster. Today Verizon has expanded its 5G Ultra Wideband service with faster speeds to Saginaw, Bay City, Holland, Kalamazoo, Jackson, Lansing, Battle Creek, Wayland, Muskegon, Rockford, Benton Harbor, Midland, Owosso, Oscoda, Clare and Clio in Michigan.

“Verizon is widely known for having an exceptionally reliable 5G network experience, and it’s exciting to see the positive impact our work has had in Michigan,” said Dean Brauer, Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Verizon. “This technology will not only bring faster speeds and more reliable connectivity, but expanding 5G service into more areas of Michigan will unlock new opportunities for innovation and economic growth.”

This new network uses the 100 MHz of C-Band spectrum that Verizon recently acquired.

The standard Stream TV Soundbar costs $399.99, but you can also get the pro version for $999.99. It is up to you which one you want to apply your $400 towards.

The $35 a month price is good with qualifying Verizon Unlimited plans. $70 with Auto Pay ($80 without) if you don’t have a qualifying Verizon Wireless Unlimited plan. These prices come with a 3-year guarantee.

No word yet on Verizon’s plans to bring 5G Ultra Wideband to more markets but expect Verizon to continue to roll out 5G Ultra Wideband to new areas.
