When you go through the signup process it will ask you to pay for 4 months so for now just ignore the 5 months listed on the help page and follow the steps you will find on the DIRECTV NOW website when you signup.
Typically an Apple TV 4K costs $170, but with this deal, you can get four months of DIRECTV NOW and a 4K Apple TV for $140. That is a great deal and as best I know the least expensive way to get the 4K Apple TV.
