- Hulu has an entire news category that gives you live access to stations including Fox News, CNBC, MSNBC, and CNN.
- PlayStation Vue has an impressive selection of live channels, including most of the major news networks. Watch ABC, Fox, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CNBC, and BBC America all with the least expensive package option. Local programming is also available, depending on your zip code.
- Fubo TV may be focused primarily on sports, but the app also offers a decent about of news coverage. The Fubo TV Premier package includes Fox News, Fox Business, CNBC, CNBC World, CBSN, The Weather Channel, and MSNBC.

Use Free News Apps for Local Content
Several free services are dedicated to making it easier to have access to live, local and national news.
- NewsOn is an app available from Amazon, Roku, Apple, and Google Play. The free app gives users access to live broadcasts of local news channels. - Cheddar, an app available on Sling TV, Amazon,Vimeo, Twitter, Xumo, Pluto TV, and as a separate app on smart TVs, offers a live broadcast from the New York Stock Exchange. Cheddar reporters give live reports on breaking news, along with interviewing guests, ranging from CEOs to TV stars.
