How to Turn Off Roku Talking Menus (AKA Audio Guide)

Roku recently added an option for the visually impaired that has the Roku read what is happening on screen. This allows the visually impaired to use their Rokus just like anyone can. Recently it seems many Roku users are accidentally turning it on and are not sure how to turn it off. (It even happened once in my house.)

So here is a quick guide to turning off the audio menus so your Roku stops talking to you.

Go to Settings, then Accessibility, and then Audio Guide. The various configurations available to you are as follows:
