Tubi Kids Goes Live Early With 5,000 Hours of Free Kids Content From Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount, & STARZ

Recently the free streaming service Tubi announced that they would launch a new Kids Area with 5,000 hours of content on October 21st. Earlier today, that new area went live on Roku with content from Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount, and STARZ.

The new Tubi Kids area will include movies like How to Train Your DragonNorm of the North, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, alongside series with iconic characters including Sonic the Hedgehog, Strawberry Shortcake, Paddington Bear, The Wiggles and many more – all completely free. For parents, this new area will let them know their kids are watching content that is appropriate for them.

Here is what the new Tubi Kids area looks like:

“We’re ramping up our international expansion with the UK launch being the first of several forthcoming territories and look forward to announcing them soon,” said Farhad Massoudi, CEO of Tubi. “The launch of Tubi Kids reinforces our dedication to offer an age-appropriate viewing environment – super-serving kids and families with a robust amount of content.”

If you have the Tubi Roku Channel and don’t see the new kids section make sure to update your Roku in the settings to receive the updated Tubi Roku Channel so you can access the new Tubi Kids area. You can find Tubi Kids in the menu on the left side of the Tubi app.
