Tubi Adding Three New Free Original Films

Tubi is a rare success story in streaming.

Tubi is adding three new original films to its extensive video streaming platform just in time for the weekend!

The first to premiere is Twisted Date, starring Selina Kaye, Tremayne Norris, and Christian Torres Villalobos. After her controlling boyfriend’s heist gets out of control and she becomes an unwilling accomplice to manslaughter, aspiring actress “Jade” flees to Los Angeles to start a new life with a new identity to pursue her dreams of stardom. After meeting a high-profile photographer, Jade must evade law enforcement while covering her tracks as people around her start unraveling her lies. Twisted Date is now streaming on Tubi.

The next Tubi Original, Nightalk, releases on Saturday, May 13th, starring Ashley Bryant, Al Mukadam, and Ted Hallett. Brenda is a detective investigating the murder of a young woman, who she discovers was an active member of Nightalk, an online dating app. Brenda signs up for more than she anticipated when she goes undercover on the app and develops a steamy phone relationship with a man with secrets of his own. As their connection intensifies, she is caught between solving the case and coming to terms with her own hidden desires.

And for the grand finale, Mercy Falls finishes up the trio of new Tubi Original thrillers on Sunday, May 14th starring Lauren Lyle, Nicolette McKeown, and James Watterson. After picking up a hitchhiker, a group of friends travels into the Scottish highlands on a treasure hunt searching for a long-lost cabin. After one of the friends is injured, an unexpected tragedy sets into motion a series of events leading to a horrifying discovery that splinters the group through growing suspicions, betrayals, and murder.

Check out these new additions to Tubi’s ever-growing video library of over 50,000 films and television series featuring content from every major Hollywood studio. Tubi is a completely free ad-supported streaming service, so there’s no reason to miss out on the thrills.
