rokup1Roku has long been the leader in free video channels; however, with so many channels to choose from, finding the best can be difficult.

So here are the top 10 free Roku video channels as of November 2, 2016, according to the Roku Channel Store. (Note: We only included video channels on this list. Pandora would once again be number 2, but it only offers audio and was the only audio channel that would have been on this list.)

Big Movers This Month

The CW network’s free new app has made the biggest jump from not being on the list to number 4: an impressive leap.

The biggest loser this month was ABC News, which dropped down. Overall news apps seemed to drop, which was something I did not expect with the presidential debates happening in October.

News seems to still be a main focus of Roku streaming in the last month; however, it seems people are cutting back on the amount of news they are watching as apps such as The CW jump to the top of the list. It should be interesting to see what happens to the list after the election.
