Pluto TV made a huge jump in July from not being in the top 10 to number 7 in July 2017. CBS Sports, Plex, and Twitch are once again knocking on the door of the top 10.

The biggest was NBC News and ABC both falling from the top 10 in July. Past that everything stayed very steady in July 2017.
