Depressed mature man holding paper and looking at it while sitting on the couch at homeOver the weekend one of the most-hyped PPV fights ever happened with the McGregor vs Mayweather fight. Sadly, though, for many the PPV fight was full of issues that even delayed the fight.

The issues ended up being so bad event coordinators delayed the fight by about 20 minutes as several cable providers had issues with the PPV. Even the official UFC app experienced widespread issues from users being unable to login to excessive buffering.

The issues ended up being so bad that many UFC Fight Passusers ended up being unable to stream the event. At first UFC Fight Pass said they wouldnot issues refunds but now it seems that they have changed their mind and will issue full refunds to affected users.

In a statement today UFC’s President said:

We always try to put on the biggest and most exciting fights. We want our fans to have the best experience when watching our events. Unfortunately, we didn’t deliver the way we wanted on Saturday because of NeuLion’s technical issues on UFC.TV. As usual, we always take care of our fans and will fix this. We have started the processing refunds immediately for anyone that could not access the fight after purchase.

Now exactly how they will determine who will get the refunds is something we are unsure about. If you purchased the PPV event from UFC.TV we suggest you contact their support for help with the refund.
