These are the Top TV Shows of 2020, According to IMDb

Today IMDb released its list of the top TV shows of 2020 so far, based on user ratings. The list typically comes out at the end of the year, but this year’s unprecedented wave of media consumption has warranted an early look at some of the highest-rated content available out there.

Sitting in the number one spot on the list of Top TV Shows is the EPSN Michael Jordan documentary The Last Dance, with a score of 9.2/10 based on more than 64,000 user ratings. The docu-miniseries premiered on ESPN in April this year and was nominated for 3 Primetime Emmy Awards. It’s now available to stream on Netflix.

Some of the titles ranked on this list include shows that have been around for a few years but had seasons premiere in 2020. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver is now in its 7th season of the award-winning show, which landed it in the second spot on the list.
