A few honorable mentions are Plex, PBS, Tubi TV, and Pluto TV.

Biggest Fall

PBS and Plex both fell out of the top 10 likely because of the move to sports and news apps. It seems the NFL and the election are a big driver in what people are adding to their Fire TV.

Biggest Jump

Twitter is the new man on the block and is making a name for their new streaming service by taking over the #4 position from not even being available last month. News is also a big part of August and news apps almost across the board are moving up. CBS jumped from #4 to #2 and Fox News is once again back in the top 10.

Overall

Sports and news apps were the biggest movers up the top 10. News apps made the strong return in October because campaigning for the election is in full swing. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain top 10 positions once the election is over.
