‘The Muppet Show’ Will Stream on Disney+ in February

It’s time to play the music because The Muppet Show is coming to Disney+ next month. The iconic variety show is hitting the streaming platform February 19 with all five seasons available to stream, which is big news to fans since Seasons 4-5 have never been available for home viewing until now. For the first time ever, viewers can enjoy the complete series, exclusively on Disney+.

“It’s going to be great to welcome back longtime fans, and to give a new generation of fans a chance to see how we got our start, how Miss Piggy became a star and so much more,” said Kermit the Frog in a press release. “Today, I’m proud to say: ‘It’s time to play the music, light the lights and meet the Muppets on Disney Plus tonight!’  And as for Statler and Waldorf, the two old guys in the balcony, I can only add: ‘Sorry, guys, but….here we go again.”

“The Muppet Show” stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, the Swedish Chef, and more in a groundbreaking twist on the classic variety show, blending original songs, sketch comedy, and guest stars into a prime-time hit for all age.

You can stream all the Muppets movies Disney+ has to offer on the Muppet Collection section of the streaming service, including The Muppet Movie, Muppets Most Wanted, Muppets NOW, and Muppet Treasure Island which turns 25 next month.
