The IPTV Service Simply TV is Shutting Down

Latin woman looking disappointed at her laptopscreen, sitting behind her desk at the office.Recently Simply TV an IPTV service that offered live access to 500 TV channels for $20 a month announced that they are shutting down. In an email sent to customers Simply TV said “It’s Truly a sad day as we “simply TV” are shutting down. We apologize to all of our customers for this inconvenience and any trouble caused.” Simply TV told customers that they will be “issuing refunds as much as possible for recent transactions and time left on accounts.”

Simply TV got a lot of attention after Set TV was shut down following an ACE lawsuit. Simply TV site looked very similar to Set TV and some on Reddit said it was the same services with a new name. This was never confirmed and many wondered how legal Simply TV was.

Now without warning the services is shutting down leaving many subscribers wondering why. Are you a Simply TV subscriber? Did you get a refund from the company? If so, please leave us a comment and let us know.
