Tablo TV Is Now Available on Apple TV

Tablo TV has expanded its availability to Apple TV, bringing users a new way to access more than 100 free over-the-air and streaming channels. Since August 2023, the fourth generation of the Tablo whole-home DVRs has given users to watch, pause, and record four channels with 50+ hours of onboard storage capacity.

“We are now on almost all major Smart TVs and streaming devices,” said Bo Schuerman, Scripps vice president of enterprise strategy. “Our loyal customers and new Tablo users have been telling us that they wanted Apple TV access, and now they have it. We expect Apple TV subscribers to embrace Tablo’s unique offerings.”

Apple TV is joining Samsung, LG Smart TV and other popular devices that support the Tablo App. You can find the app in the Apple App Store and download it to any supported Apple TV streaming device. Find out more information about Tablo’s Apple TV compatibility on their website.

Here’s what Tablo says you can expect:

The Tablo DVR serves as a hub that can handle both feeds from an over-the-air TV antenna and streaming services. You connect an antenna or set-top box to the Tablo, and then connect it to your television, allowing you to watch and record programs. The original allowed you to record up to two live programs simultaneously, while the new one will give you four live streams.
