T-Mobile Promises New Rock Star Customer Service For Everyone

Today T-Mobile announced that they plan to improve their customer service by launching a new Team of Experts. This new Rock Star customer service system will use a team of experts to help customers.

According to T-Mobile, you will have 24-hour access to help with no robots, no phone menus, and customer service for everyone. According to T-Mobile, this push is to offer the best possible customer service for everyone. T-Mobile is hoping that this new program will help drive new subscribers and keep current subscribers happy.

According to T-Mobile now instead of being transferred to new departments now, everyone from tech support to billing will all be in the same room. When you need help you will no longer be transferred between different departments. Now one department can handle all of your needs.

You will also be able to message tech support and set up a time for T-Mobile to call you back. This means you will be able to get help on your schedule instead of when your phone company is free.

T-Mobile also announced that in 2018 they will have 30 cities with 5G and smartphones with built-in 5G will be ready in 2019.

This is breaking news we will update this story as we learn more.
