Right now T-Mobile is offering a free year of Netflix with any purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge phone from T-Mobile. (Again you have to buy it from T-Mobile.) If you want the deal, you better hurry because it is only good until February 7, 2017.
Once you buy the phone all you will need to do is visit the Samsung promotions website by February 21, 2017. Follow the steps on the page to redeem the special offer of a free year of Netflix.
This is not the first promotion like this that T-Mobile has offered. Recently in an effort to draw customers away from AT&T, T-Mobile offered a free year of DIRECTV NOW. When it got complaints about the service, T-Mobile said it would also give everyone who took the DIRECTV NOW deal a free year of Hulu.
Clearly T-Mobile wants to be known as the cellular service for anyone who wants to stream content online. It seems to see streaming as a way to make it stand out from the larger cellular services such as Verizon or AT&T.
