MLB All-Star Week is here and Sling TV is hitting a home run by making the 2024 MLB All-Star Game the first event to have 4K coverage on the platform. Unlike other major streaming services, watching events in 4K will not be an additional charge to your Sling TV subscription. The 2024 Paris Olympics will also be available in 4K on Sling TV.
Subscribers and fans of major sports will be happy to know that the following events will be available in 4K on Sling TV:
- College Football
- NFL
- NBA
- College Basketball
- MLB Postseason and World Series
- U.S. Open Tennis
Events and programming are subject to change but with a Sling Orange & Blue subscription, you can watch most of the sports available on the platform.
How to Watch Sling TV in 4K
Subscribers will need a TV with 4K capabilities and a compatible device to watch 4K content. Sling will continue to roll out additional 4K streaming devices over the coming months; however, you can watch with these devices at launch:

- Roku Stream Bar
- Roku Ultra
- Roku Express 4K+ / Streaming Stick 4K+
- 4K Roku TV
- Fire TV
- Fire TV Stick 4K, 4K Max, and the Fire TV Cube
If an event is available in 4K in the market you live in, you’ll see two assets; just click the one labeled “4K” to watch.
