STIRR Adds 17 New Free Channels & Now Offers Over 70 Linear Channels

The free streaming service STIRR has added 17 new channels to its lineup, bringing the count up to over 70 live channels in addition to offering 3,300 hours of on-demand video content.

This summer, STIRR announced that it had reached the milestone of one million downloads. Now, the number has risen to over 1.3 million downloads. STIRR says that viewers are now spending on average over one hour using the app on connected TV devices.

STIRR isn’t slowing down. In addition to these new channels, the platform is planning to add ten more channels by the end of the year along with expanding to more cities. Soon, viewers will be able to choose STIRR City channels for New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.
