Music lovers with TCL smart TVs are in for a treat. Stingray, the Montreal-based music and video content leader, has launched four new free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels on TCLtv+, the free streaming service available on TCL connected TVs across North America.
This rollout brings more genre-based, curated music experiences directly to users’ screens… all without a subscription.
What Channels Were Added?
Each of the new Stingray channels is tuned to a specific vibe or musical era, providing a wide variety of soundtracks for different moods:
- Stingray Smooth Jazz: Chill out with contemporary jazz and a relaxing, sophisticated vibe.
- Stingray Hip-Hop/R&B: Dive into today’s hottest hip-hop and R&B tracks alongside genre-defining classics.
- Stingray Nothin’ But 90s: Go back in time with a mix of ‘90s grunge, pop, hip-hop, and country nostalgia.
- Stingray Cozy Cafe: Wind down or stay focused with coffeehouse visuals and lo-fi beats that create a mellow atmosphere.
Where to Watch
These new channels are free and instantly accessible to anyone with a TCL smart TV in the U.S. or Canada. Users can find them directly within the TCLtv+ interface, which now features over 350 FAST channels and thousands of shows and movies.
For those not using a TCL smart TV, the TCLtv+ app is available on iOS. Fire TV users can also download the app via their device’s app store.
