Right now, Starry is looking to partner with apartment buildings. To do this, the company is asking people who live in apartments to ask their property managers to work with Starry. If your apartment building agrees to install Starry, you can get free Internet for as long as you live there.
Starry’s 5G home Internet costs $50 a month and offers speeds up to 200 Mbps down with no data cap plus right now the first three months are free. This deal is only good in Boston, but Starry is available in a growing number of markets.
The markets Starry is in now and is coming to include Boston, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, New York City, Denver, Cleveland, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Detroit, Atlanta, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Miami, Memphis, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Manchester, NH, Portland, OR, and Sioux Falls, SD. Starry plans to launch in 17 more markets.
Starry recently told Cord Cutters News that it is also working on improving customer experience by offering same-day installation and 30-minute service windows so you know when the tech is coming. Not only that, but during the installation Starry servicers will also connect your Wi-Fi devices to your new network before leaving.
