Spectrum will be sending these out as a one-time credit to customers as part of the settlement with the state.

As part of the settlement with New York Spectrum agrees to change their marketing to say speeds are wired and can vary. Spectrum will also conduct regular testing to make sure its marketing claims are accurate.
