The Spectrum Cloud Drive is a secure online service that lets you automatically back up and share important files such as photos, videos, and music. Files stored on the Cloud Drive can be accessed from any internet-connected device, using your Spectrum.net Head of Household email address.
If you have used the Spectrum Cloud Drive, you should have received the following letter in the mail:

Spectrum did confirm via tweet that they will no longer bill customers for the Cloud Drive starting March 15, 2018.
I did a search of my support database and found the following: Customers will not be billed for Charter Cloud Drive after March 15, 2018
